Windows 7與Windows 8內建的Windows Media Player 12播放器，預設不支援FLAC〈Free Lossless Audio Codec〉格式的音樂播放，要如何解決這個問題呢？只要下載、安裝xiph.org所提供的解碼器，就可以使用這個程式播放FLAC音樂。安裝的解碼器除了FLAC格式，也支援ogg、oga、ogv、spx、weba與webm等格式的播放，詳細的操作說明如下：
